This statement has been prepared in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Žinomų neatitikimų šiuo metu nėra. Patikrinimo metu buvo rasti ir ištaisyti keturi trūkumai:There are currently no known failures. Four issues were found during the review and have been fixed:

• nepakankamas teksto spalvų kontrastas keturiuose elementuose (buvo 3,32:1, reikalaujama 4,5:1);insufficient text contrast on four elements (3.32:1, where 4.5:1 is required);
• nepakankamas klaviatūros fokuso žymeklio kontrastas šviesiame fone (buvo 1,63:1, reikalaujama 3:1);insufficient contrast of the keyboard focus indicator on light backgrounds (1.63:1, where 3:1 is required);
• nebuvo nuorodos, leidžiančios klaviatūra praleisti antraštės meniu ir pereiti tiesiai į turinį;there was no link allowing keyboard users to skip the header menu and go straight to the content;
• poraštėje antraščių lygiai ėjo ne iš eilės (po antrojo lygio iškart ketvirtas), todėl ekrano skaitytuvu naršant puslapio struktūra atrodė nenuosekli.heading levels in the footer were not sequential (level two followed directly by level four), making the page structure appear inconsistent when navigating with a screen reader.

Testavimas su ekrano skaitytuvais numatytas iki 2026 m. lapkričio 30 d.; jo rezultatai bus paskelbti šiame pareiškime.Screen-reader testing is planned by 30 November 2026; its results will be published in this statement.

Pareiškimo parengimasPreparation of this statement

Šis pareiškimas parengtas 2026 m. rugsėjo 13 d. Vertinimo metodas – savęs vertinimas. Naudotas automatinis patikrinimas (Google Lighthouse, prieinamumo įvertinimas 100 iš 100 tiek staliniame, tiek mobiliajame režime), spalvų kontrasto skaičiavimas pagal WCAG formulę ir rankinis tikrinimas klaviatūra. Pareiškimas peržiūrimas ne rečiau kaip kartą per metus ir po kiekvieno esminio svetainės pakeitimo.This statement was prepared on 13 September 2026. The assessment method was a self-assessment, using automated checks (Google Lighthouse, accessibility score 100 out of 100 on both desktop and mobile), colour-contrast calculation against the WCAG formula, and manual keyboard testing. The statement is reviewed at least once a year and after every substantial change to the website.
